Ever wonder if a Disney Resort Vacation is worth it? Well we are here to show you, Yes it is! Join us as we take you through our Summer Fun series… we will be traveling to ALL 31 Disney resorts and will report back to you all that we find! Now, 31 is a big number, so although it would be awesome to get it done in 31 days, something tells me this adventure may carry out a wee bit longer! 😉 We have a lot of ground to cover, so let’s get started! And, interaction is key, so if you have questions about a particular resort or something you want to see, please let me know! And, we will find it out for you! 🙂
On Friday, we dropped in at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort! The first words that come to mind are.. Explosion of the Senses! From the moment you walk in Animation Hall aka the Lobby, you are greeted with the most amazing art work from some of the most popular Disney Classics. Be prepared to stop and take a TON of pictures with the kiddos! This resort is a compilation of The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Finding Nemo and Cars. So, make sure you pick the right building to stay in! You may not want to stay in Cars if your daughter is in love with The Little Mermaid! Because that is a loooong trek to the other side of the resort. ; )
All around, Eli and I loved this resort! There were larger than life characters everywhere you looked. And, you can’t beat the value with rooms starting at $115!
And, a little added plus with this resort is that it is wrapped around the beautiful Hourglass Lake. Joggers, you will love this 1.29 mile trail! And, feel free to cross the bridge over the lake to our next stop, which is Disney’s Pop Century Resort! [pinit]
