[pinit]A couple months back, I “Googled” Healthy Finger Food for Toddlers and I came across a similar recipe that I am going to share with you today. And, never in a million years did I think Eli was going to looooove these so much! But, as you’ll see from the pics and the video, Banana Cakes are definitely his favorite food!! And, it is super simple and tasty for the whole family. Not to mention, they are Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Sugar Free!! Truly, you can’t beat that!
Banana Cakes Recipe
*Pamela’s Baking and Pancake Mix (Gluten Free)
Bananas
Prepare the Pancake Mix as instructed. You’ll need to add extra mix to make the batter thick enough to wrap around the bananas. Cut the Bananas in round slices. Dip the Bananas in batter. Cook the “Banana Cakes” in a pan, lightly greased with *Coconut Oil. Bon Appetit!
